Set up correct image quality and aspect ratio.
Disable all power saving functionality.
Make sure your camera is set to Auto Focus.
If no flash: set Shutter Mode to Electronic.
1. Set up correct image quality and aspect ratio.
Press the Menu button.
Image Quality
In the first screen you see when you open the menu, you can change the photo quality to M (with a smooth arch). If you set it to larger, the bigger file size will slow down your system more. Therefore we recommend this file size, it's perfectly suited for our purpose.
Aspect Ration
This should be the same as the aspect ratio in your CMS. Only then will the backgrounds designed for your location / campaign work with the picture you take. It is always either 3:2 or 4:3.
2. Disable all power saving functionality.
On the page with the wrench, sub page 2 - you will see Power Saving. Press it and set all 4 settings to Disable.
3. Make sure your camera is set to Auto Focus.
On the front of your camera, the body should be set to Auto Focus (AF).
4. If you are not using flash: set Shutter Mode to Electronic.
This setting can only be used if you don't have a flash that needs to be triggered. If that's the case, changing it to electronic mode will increase the lifespan of your camera - as there are not more moving parts when taking a picture.
To do this, go to the first menu (camera logo) and to page 7. Then change the mode to Electronic.
