QUICK START GUIDE:

  1. Go to the FAQ

  2. Select "I lost my Photo Pass"

  3. Fill in information

  4. Send

STEPS EXPLAINED:

Step 1. Go to the FAQ page
Direct your visitor to our FAQ.

Step 2. Select "I don't see all of my photos"
There your visitor can select their question.

Step 3. Fill in information
Your visitor will need to fill in ALL the required information. Without it, we cannot process the request.

Step 4. Click
Your visitor has to click on ‘FIND MY PHOTOS’.

Tip:

An email will be sent to our Support Team. They strive to reply to your visitor within 48 hours.
