Adyen (Payment provider)

Our payment provider Adyen randomly does liability checks on cards. It’s possible that the card of your visitor has been marked as a risk. When sending us an email we can help them with this issue.

Step 1. Check internet connection
Make sure your visitor has an internet connection.

Step 2. Try again

Ask your visitor to try again with their card.

Step 3. Use another card

If this doesn’t work, ask your visitor to try with another card.

Step 4. Contact GoPhoto Support Team
If this also doesn’t work, ask your visitor to send an email to support@gophoto.nl. Please make sure your visitor includes the email they used to place the order.
