When there are no photos linked to the photo code of your visitor please guide him/her through the steps below.
Step 1. Go to the FAQ
Direct your visitor to our FAQ.
Step 2. Select problem
There your visitor can select ‘There are no photos linked to my photo code’.
Step 3. Fill in information
Your visitor will need to fill in the required information.
Step 4. Click
Your visitor has to click on ‘FIND MY PHOTOS’.
