QUICK START GUIDE:

  1. Go to the FAQ.

  2. Select "There are no photos linked to my photo code".

  3. Fill in information.

  4. Send.

STEPS EXPLAINED:

Step 1. Go to the FAQ page.
Direct your visitor to our FAQ.

Step 2. Select "There are no photos linked to my photo code"
There your visitor can select ‘There are no photos linked to my photo code’.

Step 3. Fill in information.
Your visitor will need to fill in ALL the required information. Without it, we cannot process the request.

Step 4. Click.
Your visitor has to click on ‘FIND MY PHOTOS’.

Tip:

An email will be sent to our Support Team. They strive to reply to your visitor within 48 hours.
