Step-by-step guide when you can’t see the photos that were shot at your location

QUICK START GUIDE:

  1. Check upload queue

  2. Check internet Capture device

  3. Check internet Order Station

STEPS EXPLAINED:

Step 1. Check upload queue on Capture Tower / Capture Box

Tap the tablet screen 3 times. Check if your upload queue is empty. When you see that the upload queue still has photos in it, click the 'refresh' icon on the right bottom.

Step 2. Check internet connection Capture Tower / Capture Box

When the photos are not uploading please check if your Capture App has an internet connection → If not, make sure to get the connection back. When the connection is back your photos will upload again. 

Step 3. Check internet connection Order Station

Also check if the Order Station has an internet connection. Do this by tapping the logo above 3 times and checking the status dots. If it doesn't have an internet connection, make sure to get the connection back. When the connection is back, log out of the app and log in again. 
If the payment terminal is not connected, check all cables and reboot. If this keeps happening, contact support through chat.

Troubleshooting:

If your internet is working properly and you're using the right settings, but still you can’t see the photos you have shot, please contact Support via the chat.
