Please follow the steps below when you can't see the photos that were shot at your location.
Step 1. Check upload queue and internet connection
Check if your upload queue is empty. When you see that the upload queue still has photos in it, click the 'refresh' icon on the right bottom. When the photos are not uploading please check if your GoPhoto - Camera App has an internet connection → If not, make sure to get the connection back. When the connection is back your photos will upload again.
Also check if the GoPhoto - Print Kiosk App has an internet connection → If not, make sure to get the connection back. When the connection is back, the best is to logout of the app and login again.
Step 2. Contact GoPhoto Support Team
If your internet is working properly and you use the right setting, but still you can’t see the photos you have shot, please contact the GoPhoto Support Team via the chat in your GoPhoto - CMS. They will investigate what is going wrong.
