Please follow the steps below when your visitor didn't receive their order after payment.

Step 1. Check internet connection

Check if your visitor has an internet connection.

Step 2. Check spam box

Ask your visitor to check their spam box. 

Step 3. Contact the GoPhoto Support Team 

Is the order also not in their spam box? Please let your visitor send an email to support@gophoto.nl.
