Tip:

It might take up to a maximum of 10 minutes for the order to be sent to your visitor.

STEPS EXPLAINED:

Step 1. Check internet connection on their phone / device.

Check if your visitor has an internet connection.

Step 2. Check spam box.

Ask your visitor to check their spam box. Some providers might flag this as a spam message.

Step 3. Contact the GoPhoto Support Team.

Is the order also not in their spam box? Please let your visitor send an email to support@gophoto.nl. Please let them use the same email address as they used for their photos.
