When your cabled trigger is not working please follow the steps below. 

Step 1. Check cable

Make sure the cable of your trigger is properly connected to the camera. 

Step 2. Check button

Make sure the release button is unlocked. When the release button is locked it’s pushed upwards and you see a red line under the release button.

To unlock the release button you slide the button down. The button should be in the same position as it is in the image below. 

Step 3. Replace trigger

When none of the above is the case the Cabled Trigger is broken. You have to replace the trigger with a new one.
