STEPS EXPLAINED

Step 1. Check if your camera is on.

Make sure your camera is on. If not, check if the battery is seated well. You can always take the battery out and put it back in to be sure.

Tip:

Make sure you don't move your camera too much when unplugging/ replugging cables or the battery. You should always hold the camera with your other hand to keep it secure.

Always check if whether the camera is still in the right position by taking a test photograph.

Step 2. Check whether your flash is on and batteries are fully charged.

Step 3. Check if your flash mode is set correctly in your camera.

Step 4. Check if your flash is correctly attached to the camera.

If the flash is not correctly attached to the camera, this could cause it to malfunction.

There is a lock on the connection between the flash and the camera, check if the lock is closed well.
