Explanation about the different statuses of orders in your e-commerce

There are three different statuses for the order and payment status.

The three different statuses are:

  • Rejected 

  • Pending 

  • Completed 

Visitor will receive online order when payment is completed. 

Whenever you see 'Rejected' or 'Pending' it means something went wrong while ordering or paying for the order.

There are several reasons for this. If this is the case, the order will not be sent to your customer.

Whenever a visitor can't place an order because their payment is rejected, please contact the GoPhoto Support Team. They can help you.
