If you want to see if a photo code has been used please follow the steps below.

Step 1. Login
Login to your GoPhoto - CMS with your credentials.

Step 2. Go to 'List'
Select 'PhotoPasses' in the menu of your CMS and click 'List'.
At the top of the page you see three fields with numbers. In these fields you can see how many GoPhoto - PhotoPasses have been created, scanned and how many there are still available.
Below you see a list of codes and above a field with 'find my photo code'.

In the list you see the following information: 'ID', 'Photo code', 'Batch number', 'Created at', 'Scanned at' and 'Used at'.

Whenever a photo code is listed underneath 'Scanned at' and 'Used at', it means it has been scanned by a photographer at your location and after it's used by the visitor at your GoPhoto - Order Station.
