How do I add / change the first contact email?

The fist contact email will be send to your visitors when they login to your GoPhoto - Photo Website. In this email they will receive a 'Thank you' for their visit and their free digital memory. Follow these steps to add / change this email:

Step 1. Login
Login to your GoPhoto - CMS with your credentials.

Step 2. Go to 'On-going'
Go to 'Mailings' - 'On-going' in the sidebar of your CMS.

Step 3. Create new email
Click on 'Add new mail' at 'First contact email' to create a new email.

Step 4. Set up email
To set up the email click on the 'pencil' on the right. If you ever want to change the email after setting it up, simply click the 'pencil' again.

Step 5. Choose type
Choose if you want to set up an 'Easy' email or a 'HTML' email. When you set up an 'Easy' email go to step 6. When you set up an 'HTML' email go to step 9.

Step 6. Easy email
To set up an 'Easy' email click on 'Easy' and choose the language for your email.

Step 7. Create email
Fill in all the fields, choose the position of the text and give the background the color you'd like it to be. To save your email click 'Save' in the bottom of the page.

Step 8. Activate email
Select the email you've just made to activate it in your campaign.

Step 9. HTML email
To set up an 'HTML' email click on 'HTML' and choose the language for your email.

Step 10. Create email
Paste your HTML in the field on the left, a preview will show on the right. Fill in the field below 'Mail' and press 'Save'.

Step 11. Activate email
Select the email you've just made to activate it in your campaign.
