The GoPhoto - CMS allows you to set up different emails that will be sent to your visitors. There are multiple emails to set up:
First contact email - This is the email your visitors receive after they have logged in to your GoPhoto - Photo Website.
Digital photo order email - This is the email your visitors receive after they purchase digital photos in high resolution on your Photo Website. This email contains download links so your visitors can download their purchased photos.
Coupon card order - This email will be sent when your visitor uses a coupon card on your Photo Website to redeem their photos. This email contains download links.
Photo Share email - This email will be sent when your visitors share their photos via email from your Photo Website.
To set up the different emails go to 'Mailings' in the menu of your CMS and click 'On-going'.
You will now see all the different emails that can be set up. There will always be default emails set up for you. If you'd like to set up your own email, just click the blue button that says 'Add new mail'. A new email appears, to set it up, click the 'pencil icon at the end of the line.
You can set up two different types of emails. 'Easy' emails and HTML emails.
To set up an 'Easy' email, click on 'Easy' and choose the language for your email. To create the email fill in all the fields. Now choose the position of the text and give the background the color you'd like it to be. To save your email click 'Save' at the bottom of the page. Now select the email you just made to activate it.
To set up an 'HTML' email click on 'HTML' and choose the language for your email. Paste your HTML in the field on the left, a preview will show on the right. Fill in the field below 'Mail' and click 'Save'. Now select the email you've just made to activate it.
For the first contact email and photo share email you can choose to have no email sent to your visitor. You can activate this by selecting 'No mail'.
All the way at the bottom you'll see that there is a Photoset download email. This feature is not yet available.
