Workflow to start, run and close the Order Stations

QUICK START GUIDE

Start of the day:

  1. Turn on Order Station.

  2. Turn on computer.

  3. Login to Order Kiosk app.

How to operate:

  1. Actively approach visitors and guide them to the Order Station.

  2. Show visitors where to scan PhotoPass.

  3. Explain pricing and the Special Offer.

  4. Show visitors that there are different backgrounds to choose from.

How to shut down:

  1. Logout on Order Station.

  2. Turn Order Station off.

  3. Logout on Print Station.

  4. Turn Print Station off.

Start of the day:

Step 1. Turn on Order Station.

  • Turn on the Order station by using the power button on the back.

Step 2. (optional) Turn on computer.

  • If your Order Station Desk has a little black and blue power button, press it.

Tip:

When turning on the computer, the Order Kiosk app will start automatically.


​Step 3. Login to app.

How to operate:

Step 1. Assist visitors in viewing their photos.

Although the process is quite straight forward, showing customers how to work with the system gives them an incentive to spend more time on it.

Step 2. Show visitors where to scan PhotoPass.

Depending on the type of customer, you might have to scan the pass for them.

Step 3. Explain pricing and the Special Offer.

Let the customer know that they can save money with your offers.

Step 4. Show visitors that there are different backgrounds to choose from.

Press the screen to show the customer how to see the different backgrounds.

Tip:

When working with pre-paid orders: all orders that are pre-paid first need to be checked, they won't print automatically. Ask visitor for their PhotoPass, find their order in the pending list on the Print Kiosk and click 'Check Order'. Then check their ticket to see if they indeed purchased it online and press Confirm.

How to shut down:

Step 1. Logout on Order Station.

  • Double tap in the top center of the screen to go to the home screen.

  • Press 'LOGOUT' at the right bottom.

Step 2. Turn off Order station.

  • Use the button on the back to turn off the Order Station.

Step 3. Logout on Print Station.

  • Make sure there are no orders and/or prints in the queue.

  • Now press 'Log out' to log out of the app.

Step 4. Turn off Print Station.

  • Use the power button on the back to turn off Print Station.
