Adyen's KYC process, to process and pay out payments

Why this process?

To be able to activate the payment terminals on your GoPhoto Order Stations and automatically payout all incoming photo revenue into your bank account I would like to ask you to finish Adyen's KYC process.

To accept our clients as recipient of funds collected by our POS partner Adyen, we need you to accept Adyen’s terms and conditions (attached) and collect all required information. This is a standard KYC process.

QUICK STEPS:

  1. Complete the form.

  2. Check your information & details

  3. Agree to the terms

  4. Let us know you have all the information.

STEP 1. Please complete the PCI form with the following links:

Tip:

You don't need to fill in all information. View the video below to see what topics you can skip. When filling in PCI form (step 1) please fill in the following for;

  • Name Service Provider: Adyen BV

  • Description of Service: Payment Processing

STEP 2. When PCI form is completed and available in PDF please make sure you have the following information available:

Company details:

  • Company legal name

  • Type of company

  • Registration number

  • VAT number

  • Registration document(PDF)

Bank details:

  • Bank/payout statement (PDF)

  • Bank account holder (matching with legal company name above)

  • IBAN, BIC/(SWIFT code)

  • Currency

  • Bank name, address, city, country​

Proof of identity:

  • Passport/ID of all UBO’s or directors

  • Passport/ID of person who completes the form

ID/PASSPORT

Please make sure that:

  • The whole document is visible;

  • Images are submitted as portrait;

  • JPG has a single item per file;

  • PDF has one image per page;

  • If the ID card contains a face and a back, it is submitted as a multi-page PDF file

BANK STATEMENT

A copy of a bank statement or a screenshot of the online banking environment clearly stating;

  • Account holder name;

  • IBAN or account number;

The document should not be older than 3 months.

STEP 3. Make sure you agree on the terms you can find in the attachment.

STEP 4. You have all the information as requested above? Please let us know and we will send over the link to start the KYC process.
