When using a Mobile Kit, it's possible that your customers will see their photos upside-down on the Order Station. This happens when the phone is accidentally held in the wrong way when taking a picture, or when you've already taken the picture.

Swipe down from the top and make sure that you've turned off auto-rotate on the phone, this will prevent it from returning to portrait mode. However, it can stil flip 180 degrees!

Make sure that you keep the phone in the same position after taking a photo. If you let your arm rest immediately after taking the photo, the screen can flip 180 degrees and this can cause the picture to upload upside-down .
