Photos uploading but not visible on Order Station

Sometimes you're taking pictures and everything seems to be going well, until you realise that they aren't appearing on the Order Station.

QUICK START GUIDE:

  1. Check background settings in your CMS (app.gophoto.pro)

  2. Check the settings in your camera / Capture Tower / Capture Box

STEPS EXPLAINED:

Step 1. Check background settings in your CMS (app.gophoto.pro)

It is relatively common for someone to create a mismatch between the settings in your CMS (where all the magic happens) and the settings on your camera. It doesn't matter if you're using a Capture Tower, Capture Box, DSLR Kit or a Mobile Kit. The settings need to match for our system to know what to do with the photo's.

  1. Log into your campaign at app.gophoto.pro.

  2. Go to Photographers.

  3. Check the PIN next to the Photographer which you want to use.

  1. Go to Settings -> Photo Settings -> AI backgrounds

  2. Click the different aspect ratios and the orientations to see which ones you are using

Step 2. Check the settings in your camera / Capture Tower / Capture Box

  1. Make sure you're logged into your capture app with the same PIN code as the photographer which you want to use.

  2. Make sure your camera is set to the same aspect ratio as the backgrounds and that you are taking photos in the same orientation as you're using in the CMS.
