Some photos are missing (multiple cameras)

It can happen that all your Capture equipment is working well, but still photos are missing on the Order Station. Read on what to do.

QUICK START GUIDE:

  1. Check the PIN codes in your CMS Campaign (app.gophoto.pro)

  2. Make sure your capture equipment is logged in with their correct PIN codes

STEPS EXPLAINED:

Step 1. Check the PIN codes in your CMS Campaign (app.gophoto.pro)

  1. Go to your CMS Campaign at app.gophoto.pro.

  2. Go to Photographers and check the PIN codes for the Capture equipment that you're using.

Step 2. Make sure your capture equipment is logged in with their correct PIN codes

Use 1 PIN per Capture Tower / Capture Box / DSLR / Mobile - every PIN makes a unique connection to your CMS. If you use 1 PIN for multiple devices and they take a picture at (almost) the same time, one of them will be ignored.
