QUICK START GUIDE:
Check if your venue / other hardware has internet
Check Network cable in the back
Check Network cable internally
Loop multiple Order Stations
STEPS EXPLAINED:
Step 1. Check if your venue / other hardware has internet
Check whether there is Wi-Fi at your venue and if it works. If it does, check your other hardware. If they have internet, try to plug the network cable of the Order Station without internet in a port which is used by a device which does have internet. If that doesn't fix it, the problem is with the Order Station.
Step 2. Check Network cable in the back
A few things can lead to a loss of internet for a Order Station. The first thing to check is whether the network cable is connected correctly in the network port.
If that's the case, find the key to the Order Station Stand-Alone or remove the 2 screws on the side of the Order Station Desk
Step 3. Check Network cable internally
Check whether all cables are connected correctly to the network switch. If that's the case, we're going to rule out the network connector on the outside.
Remove the network cable from the connector on the outside and connect it directly to the network switch inside. If there is internet, you need to replace the network connector which seems to be broken, or leave the cable directly connected to the switch like this.
Step 4. Loop multiple Order Stations
If there is no internet after you've connected your network cable directly to your internal network switch, the switch might be broken. Check this by connecting the other end of you network cable to the switch of another Order Station. If that works, you can leave it like this temporarily until you've replaced your broken switch.
