Can't log into Order Station

STEPS EXPLAINED:

Step 1. Check internet connection

Our system uses PINs as a login method, which replaces a username + password. This means that every PIN is unique for each customer. To know which customer is logging in, our system needs an internet connection.

When you're in the login screen, press CLOSE APP:

Step 2. Check your PIN

If your internet is fine, you may be using the incorrect PIN. Check app.gophoto.pro for the right PIN. To do this, log into the page and scroll down to find it. It ALWAY has 5 numbers.

Step 3. Reboot

If none of the above helps, reboot the Order Station. This often fixes whatever is going wrong.
