What this article shows: how to install the APK we send using a USB stick, grant permissions, and share the TeamViewer ID so our Support Team can connect remotely to help with your request.
Step-by-step installation
Step 1. Receive the APK
We will send you a download link for the TeamViewer APK file.
(If you are using a Mobile/DSLR kit, you can download the TeamViewer APK from the Google Play Store & skip to Step 5)
Step 2. Transfer the APK to the tablet
USB stick: copy the APK file to the USB stick on a PC → insert into tablet (OTG adapter if needed).
Step 3. Install the APK
Open Files / Downloads, tap TeamViewer_QuickSupport*.apk → Install → Open.
Step 4. Grant permissions & add-on
When prompted, allow: screen capture / screen sharing, draw over other apps, and accessibility for remote control.
Step 5. Share the TeamViewer ID with us
Open the app and read the TeamViewer ID shown — give this ID to the support agent to start the session to remotely support.
