Capture App - Login

A step-by-step explanation on how to login to the Capture App.

When opening the Capture App, you’ll first see the login screen.

This screen is split into two sections:

  • Left side
    Displays the app version & app logo

  • Right side
    Contains the login area where you can enter your photographer pin code

Login

To access the app, you need to enter your Photographer pin code.

  • The app will only allow access when the correct pin is entered

  • If an incorrect pin is entered, an error message will appear and you can try again

Which pin to use?

There are different types of PIN codes within a campaign, but not all of them work for the Capture App.

Here’s a quick overview:

  • Photographer pin code
    → ✅ Works for the Capture App

  • Parent Photographer pin code
    → ❌ Does not work
    → Can only be used for the Multi Capture App

  • Narrowcasting pin code
    → ❌ Does not work
    → Can only be used for the Narrowcasting App (Capture Tower back tablet)

  • Campaign pin code
    → ❌ Does not work
    → This PIN has 5 digits and cannot be entered in the Capture App
