🔐 Capture App Login Screen

When opening the Capture App, you’ll first see the login screen.

This screen is split into two sections:

  • Left side
    Displays the app version, app logo, and “Powered by GoPhoto”

  • Right side
    Contains the login area where you can enter your PIN

🔑 Logging In

To access the app, enter your Photographer PIN.

  • The app will only allow access when the correct PIN is entered

  • If an incorrect PIN is entered, an error message will appear and you can try again

⚠️ Which PIN Should I Use?

There are different types of PIN codes within a campaign, but not all of them work for the Capture App.

Here’s a quick overview:

  • Photographer PIN
    → ✅ Works for the Capture App

  • Parent Photographer PIN
    → ❌ Does not work
    → Can only be used for the Multi Capture App

  • Narrowcasting PIN
    → ❌ Does not work
    → Can only be used for the Narrowcasting App (Back Tablet)

  • Campaign PIN
    → ❌ Does not work
    → This PIN has 5 digits and cannot be entered in the Capture App

💡 Tip

Make sure you’re using the correct Photographer PIN for your campaign to log in successfully.
