Step-by-step guide when your ProDVX tablet is not responding

Check this article when one of the tablets is not responding after turning on your GoPhoto - Capture Tower.

Step 1. Turn Capture Tower off / on

Turn the Capture Tower off and on again with the power button located at the back of the tower.

When the tablet is still not responding please contact the GoPhoto Support Team via the chat function.
