Workflow

To set up a mailing campaign follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to 'Mailings' and click 'on-going'

  2. Click 'Add new mail' and click the 'pencil' button the set up the email

  3. To use the email editor click 'Easy'

  4. Select the language and click 'Add'

  5. Fill in the text fields, choose outlining and choose the background color

  6. To add a logo click 'Browse", select your file and click 'Save'

  7. Select the email you want to activate in your campaign

  8. To set up a 'HTML' email, click 'HTML' and select the language

  9. Paste your HTML in the field on the left, a preview shows on the right

  10. Fill in the subject, sender name and sender email

  11. Select the email you want to activate in your campaign
