Turn on the Capture Tower.
Start the GoPhoto Capture app.
Connect Bluetooth handscanner with the app.
Turn on lights / flashes.
Open slideshow app.
Take test photo.
Check test photo.
Prepare your visitors for the photo moment.
Place the visitors in the photo moment and scan PhotoPass to shoot the first photo 📸
Scan PhotoPass again. Second photo is shot 📸
Hand-over PhotoPass to visitors and explain.
Go to home page.
Log out of app.
Turn Capture Tower off.
Optional: Charge the Bluetooth handscanner.
Starting the Capture Tower:
Step 1. Turn on Capture Tower.
Turn on the Capture Tower with the power button at the back of the tower. The button is located underneath the power cord.
Step 2. Start GoPhoto app.
Open the GoPhoto Capture app and login with your photographer pin code.
Press 'Got it' in the message that shows to pin the app.
When using a Bluetooth handscanner continue to step 2a. If not continue to step 3.
Step 2a. Connect Bluetooth handscanner with the app.
Take the handscanner from the charger and connect it to the app by pressing and holding the big button until the device starts to buzz / beep and the Bluetooth icon in the Capture app turns from red to green.
Step 3. Turn on lights / flashes.
Turn on all lights and / or flashes with the remote.
Turn on flash trigger with the switch on the right side.
Step 4. Open slideshow app
Open the slideshow app on the back tablet of the Capture Tower.
Step 5. Take test photo 📸
Scan a PhotoPass and take a test photo.
Step 6. Check test photo
Check your test photo on lightning and spots in Live Preview or in your GoPhoto - CMS.
Operating the Capture Tower:
Step 1. Prepare your visitors for the photo moment.
Welcome visitor(s) and explain you are going to shoot two photos.
Step 2. Place your visitors in the photo moment and scan PhotoPass. First photo is shot 📸
Show visitor(s) where to take place and show where the camera is.
Scan a PhotoPass and ask them to SMILE!
Tell visitor(s) to hold their pose. The camera gets triggered automatically.
Step 3. Scan PhotoPass again. Second photo is shot 📸
Tell visitor(s) that you are going to take the second photo and ask visitor(s) to change pose(s) (crazy pose?!).
Scan the PhotoPass again to trigger the camera again.
Step 4. Hand-over PhotoPass to visitors and explain.
Hand-over PhotoPass to two members of the group by cutting the PhotoPass in two (when using double PhotoPasses).
Tip:
To motivate visitors you can use the following arguments: "Are you sure? The digital photos are included in your ticket and nice to share with friends & family via email or social media."
Shutting down the Capture Tower:
Step 1. Go to 'HOME'
Double tap in the top center of the app to go to the home screen.
Check if the upload queue is empty. If not, press the 'reload' icon to upload the photos. Wait until you see the green checkmark which indicates that your photos are uploaded.
Step 2. Log out of app.
Press 'LOGOUT' at the right top of the app.
Press 'OK' in the message that shows up.
Step 3. Turn Capture Tower off.
Turn the Capture Tower off, using the power button on the back.

Step 4. Charge the Bluetooth handscanner.
Place the handscanner in the charger. When charging properly, the handscanner will beep / vibrate and a red light appears.
