When your camera states one of these errors (or ERR20 / ERR30), it also tells you to turn off your camera and remove the battery, and put the battery back in. If this does not work and the error is persistent - this means that the camera has an internal mechanical failure. Unfortunately this means that your camera needs to be replaced.
