Follow the steps below when the photos that you have shot are not appearing on the tablet.
Step 1. Check internet connection
Make sure you have an internet connection.
Step 2. Check camera connection
Check if the camera icon on the right top of the app is showing green. When it's showing red it means your camera is not connected to your tablet. When this is the case, please follow the steps in this article to get te connection back.
When the camera icon is showing green please continue to step 3.
Step 3. Restart system
Press on the home button in the left corner and press 'log out, to log out of the app. Next, turn off the power strip. Now log in to the app again with your pin code and turn the power strip on again.
Step 4. Make a test photo
Make a test photo to check if the photos are appearing again on the tablet.
