QUICK START GUIDE:

  1. Check internet connection.

  2. Check camera connection.

  3. Restart system.

  4. Make a test photo.

STEPS EXPLAINED:

Step 1. Check internet connection

Make sure you have an internet connection.

Is the camera icon green? Go to Step 3.

Step 2. Check camera connection

When the camera icon is showing red it means your camera is not connected to your tablet. When this is the case, please follow the steps in this article to get te connection back.

Step 3. Restart system

Press on the home button in the left corner and press 'log out, to log out of the app. Next, turn off the power strip. Now log in to the app again with your pin code and turn the power strip on again.

Step 4. Make a test photo

Make a test photo to check if the photos are appearing again on the tablet.
