UNSTAFFED - QUICK START GUIDE

  1. Step up and scan your PhotoPass.

  2. Count down.

  3. 3,2,1... SMILE!

  4. Photo preview.

  5. Visitors retrieve their photo.

STEPS EXPLAINED

Step 1. Step up and scan your PhotoPass.

  • Step into the photo moment and scan your PhotoPass at the scanner.

Step 2. Count down

  • System will start the countdown: 3,2,1... Strike your pose and get ready for the photo.

Step 3. SMILE!

  • Look into the camera and SMILE! ๐Ÿ“ธ

Step 4. Photo preview.

  • A short preview will show after the photo is shot. The photo will be uploaded to the cloud automatically.โ€‹

Step 5. Visitors retrieve their photo

  • Within seconds the photos are available online. By using their personal PhotoPass visitors can view and share their photos online.

  1. Prepare your visitors for the photo moment.

  2. Place the visitors in the photo moment and scan PhotoPass. First photo is shot automatically ๐Ÿ“ธ

  3. Scan PhotoPass again. Second photo is shot ๐Ÿ“ธ

  4. Hand-over PhotoPass to visitors and explain.

STEPS EXPLAINED

Step 1. Prepare your visitors for the photo moment.

  • Welcome visitor(s) and explain you are going to shoot two photos.

Step 2. Place your visitors in the photo moment and scan PhotoPass. First photo is shot automatically ๐Ÿ“ธ

  • Show visitor(s) where to take place and show where the camera is.

  • Scan a PhotoPass and ask them to SMILE!

  • Tell visitor(s) to hold their pose. The camera gets triggered automatically.

Step 3. Scan PhotoPass again. Second photo is shot๐Ÿ“ธ

  • Tell visitor(s) that you are going to take the second photo and ask visitor(s) to change pose(s) (crazy pose?!).

  • Scan the PhotoPass again to trigger the camera again.

Step 4. Hand-over PhotoPass to visitors and explain

  • Hand-over PhotoPass to two members of the group by cutting the PhotoPass in two (when using double PhotoPasses).

Tip:

To motivate visitors you can use the following arguments:
"โ€‹Are you sure? The digital photos are included in your ticket and nice to share with friends & family via email or social media."
